Knives, Spreaders, and Dabbers

Individually cut out, carved, sanded, and oiled - one at a time!

All of our knives/spreaders can cut brie or cheddar, a turkey sandwich or a slice of pumpkin pie! They won't get dull because they're not really sharp to begin with--so they’re naturally safe for kids. The wonder of these knives is that they can wedge their way into food WITHOUT harming your beautiful serving boards!

What’s in a name? We just call them knives or spreaders or dabbers so they have a NAME!

Dabbers

Dabbers in all of your favorite wood types. You'll need one in every color.

These little spreaders are lightweight, so they stand up in hummus, cream cheese, spreads, or butter.

Cheese Knives

Two fun shapes (for no other reason than looks) to cut cheese or salad or sandwiches.
Large Laminated Tom and I were cabinet–makers at one time, so we use small wood bits to fashion laminated knives as our holiday gifts. We still use Curly Maple for the blade (the strongest of our native hardwoods), set into a darker handle. Contrasting Cherry or Walnut “rivets” add to the metal-knife illusion.

Spreader Knives

Smooth Elegant Spreaders for cutting or spreading!

Short- A stylish, delicate cutter. Looks oh, so sweet, dripping with apricot jam or pesto or bleu cheese. 7” x 1”

Long- Long enough to get to the bottom of mayo or nut butter jars. Pretty enough to lay on a fancy tabletop. 8.75” x 1”
