Kitchenwares

All of my wares are one-of-a-kind, special because they're hand-crafted individually of wood, not molded or stamped out by the thousands.

My wares are made from familiar New England hardwoods: maple, cherry hickory, walnut, ash, beech, oak or birch. Some are carved from trees grown here in Woodstock, CT: cherry from behind the workshop, maple from Center Road and oak from our property two miles out on Old Road.

No stains are applied, simply the luster of olive oil buffed with beeswax.

Because I also love cooking, my pieces are meant to be used, so I vary the handles to fit many hand sizes and make a line just for lefties.

My ideas were inspired by my grandmother's cutting boards and stirrers, evolving daily as I encounter each new slab of wood.

Happy Cooking!
