Chef's Spoons
$25 and up
11" x 2" to 16" x 4"
Many folk’s (including my grandmother’s) traditional choice for stirring. Round, shallow bowl. Small, medium, large, long handled. Can have drain holes. Or not. |
 |
Measuring Spoons
$150 and up, Size
Tbsp. 5" x 2"
1/4 tsp. 3.75" x 0.75"
Labeled and Accurate! These are so wonderful to use, SO hard to make true to size. I won’t even describe the process I use, it’s so t-e-d-i-o-u-s. Like the mugs, I used to wonder why no one else made these of wood. Now I know. |

Saute Spoon
$30 and up.
Right or Left-handed
13" x 2.5"
My personal favorite. If I only want to dirty one spoon when making a meal—this one sautés onions and garlic, scrapes the bottom and sides of a pot of pasta, and gets into the corner of a deep pot of sauce. Then doubles as a tasting spoon. The spoon usually has a shallow bowl. Sometimes I make them deep or with drain holes. |

COOKING |
|
Wooden utensils are perfect for coated or Teflon cookware. And they sound great in a pan—not that abrasive metal-on-metal sound. My mother-in-law’s favorite saying was “Start with an onion”, so we can woodburn this on your spoon for a small fee. Or ask for your own family saying as a unique gift. |

Counter Scraper
Natural edge: $24-30
Stained edge: $35
Both are 5"x5"
Stand: $5, 4"x1.5"
Helping hand for the chef or baker. A few years ago, when folks came into the booth requesting these, I thought “How silly! I just use the side of my knife.” But as soon as I used one, I was hooked. It’s such a handy tool for scooping LOTS of chopped vegetables into the soup pot, or sliding a pie crust or bread dough into place. The stand prevents drawer clutter, and keeps pretty wood grain in view. |

Large Spatula
$30-50, you choose width and handle length
A family favorite is lasagna-square size—first cut the squares and the arch in the handle makes these perfect for serving. Good for stovetop use as well. |
 |
Small Spatula
$24 and up
11" x 3"
Right or Left-handed. A wonderful little server. Use your imagination!
With no angle to the blade edge, these are a great choice for serving brownies from the pan. |
