Enter 270 Pole Bridge Rd, South Woodstock, CT, then follow the Artist Open Studio signs! This Open Studio is a perfect way to check out our 21-year-old homestead and the new off-grid workshop. You’ll see how our systems function (or challenge us), as well as the latest items that we’re working on.
We want to share our joy in off-grid living! Drinking water. Electricity (solar and generators).
Road work after storms. Firewood. Mosquito control. Gardens and the root cellar. Propane tanks. Trench digging. Maintenance of EVERYTHING! |

The good news? We never lose power!
In the workshop, we love showing off the tools that we’ve transported from the Old Shop to the New. We’re using a propane generator now as we prepare the stands for the solar panels (hopefully before winter).
